Thank you for choosing Finchley Studios. We’re committed to a smooth booking experience. This policy outlines refunds, cancellations, credits, and payments for studio hire and services, in line with our Terms of Use.
1. Booking Payments
- Payment Terms: All studio hire payments are due in advance at booking. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Late Payments: Unpaid invoices attract statutory interest (8% per annum + Bank of England base rate) and fixed compensation fees:
- £40 for debts up to £999.99
- £70 for debts £1,000–£9,999.99
- £100 for debts £10,000+
- File Release: Outstanding balances must be cleared before files are shared or licensed for use.
2. Full Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your booking date/time qualify for a full refund, processed via your original payment method.
3. Studio Credit
- Cancel less than 14 days before but more than 48 hours in advance? Request studio credit equal to your booking value.
- Credit is valid for six months from issue date and cannot be converted to cash. Contact us to redeem.
4. Late Cancellations
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of start time incur a 50% cancellation fee — no refunds or credits apply.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds or rescheduling for unforeseen issues may be approved at the sole discretion of Finchley Studios management.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products, delivered recordings/edits, or custom services are non-refundable except for verified technical faults.
7. How to Cancel or Request Refund/Credit
Email [email protected] with your booking reference. We’ll confirm and process promptly.
8. Your Rights
This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Finchley Studios may update this policy — changes take effect on posting. By booking, you agree to these terms.
