The Roundtable Set is located in the Brick Studio at 22–23 Arcadia Avenue, Finchley Central, London N3 2JU. 

The Roundtable Set at Finchley Studios is a professional filming space designed for group discussions, roundtable interviews, podcasts, panel discussions and collaborative content. Its table-based layout is particularly useful when you want several participants to interact naturally while remaining clearly visible on camera. The format works well for corporate discussions, expert panels, podcasts, educational content, branded videos and thought-leadership productions.

With professional cameras, microphones, lighting and technical support available through our production packages, you can create polished multi-person content without having to organise a complete production setup yourself.

The Roundtable Set is particularly well suited to roundtable discussions, panel interviews, podcasts, corporate videos, expert conversations, educational content and branded productions. It is an especially useful choice when the interaction between participants is central to the content. Rather than presenting people individually, the table layout allows guests to speak to one another naturally and engage as a group. The set can also be adapted for social media content, webinars, training videos, internal communications and thought-leadership programmes.

Yes. The Roundtable Set is particularly well suited to video podcasts and roundtable discussions, allowing you to record professional video and audio simultaneously. Multiple cameras can capture different participants and angles, while professional microphones provide dedicated audio for the conversation. This creates a finished production that can be edited for YouTube and other video platforms, as well as an audio version for podcasting platforms.

Gold and Platinum Package bookings include technical production support, allowing our team to manage the cameras, sound and lighting while you concentrate on the conversation.

Yes. A Roundtable Set booking can be used to create multiple pieces of content during the same studio session. For example, you could record a long-form panel discussion and then capture shorter interviews, social media clips, expert answers or promotional content while everyone is already in the studio. Planning the content in advance allows you to make efficient use of your studio time, cameras, lighting and production team. Tell us what you want to record when booking and we can help you plan the session.

Yes. The Roundtable Set can be configured for livestreaming, making it suitable for live panel discussions, webinars, interviews, podcasts and corporate broadcasts. With Gold and Platinum Package bookings, 2–3 senior Finchley Studios technicians can manage cameras, sound, lighting, setup and livestream requirements as needed for a small additional fee. If you are planning a live production, please tell us when booking and provide details of your platform, number of participants and technical requirements so we can prepare the appropriate setup.

Yes. Remote guests can be incorporated into Roundtable Set productions, allowing you to include contributors who are unable to attend the studio in person. This can be particularly useful for international panels, expert discussions, podcasts, interviews and corporate broadcasts, where participants may be located in different cities or countries. Please tell us about your remote participants when booking. We can then discuss the required connection, audio and video setup and help ensure the remote contributor integrates effectively with the in-studio discussion.

Yes. The Roundtable Set can be equipped with professional cameras and microphones through Finchley Studios' production packages. Our typical Gold and Platinum Package setup includes three Panasonic Lumix S5D full-frame mirrorless cameras with 18–40mm S lenses, alongside Shure SM7B microphones for high-quality recorded audio. Additional equipment, including lavalier microphones and extra cameras, can also be provided upon request, depending on your production requirements.

Yes. The Roundtable Set can be customised with branding, props, furniture, screens and lighting to create a visual environment that reflects your organisation.We can provide a 55-inch screen for displaying your logo or other branded visuals, while RGB lighting can introduce your brand colours into the set. If you have specific branding requirements, please communicate them before booking. Providing brand guidelines, logo files, colour references, measurements and visual examples will help us prepare the most appropriate setup.

Yes. The Roundtable Set is soundproof, making it suitable for professional audio recording as well as video production. This is particularly valuable for podcasts, interviews, panel discussions, corporate videos, webinars and other multi-person productions, where clear dialogue from several participants is essential. A controlled recording environment combined with professional microphones and technical support helps you capture a polished final production.

Hiring the Roundtable Set at Finchley Studios gives you access to a range of facilities designed to support your production. You have private use of the green room, kitchen and production area, along with Wi-Fi, printing facilities, an HMU (hair and make-up) area and an accessible bathroom. The studio also has air conditioning and heating, while refreshments include a coffee machine, a selection of teas and free mineral water. These facilities provide a practical environment for both participants and production crews, particularly during longer panel discussions or content days.

Yes. You can bring your own props, furniture and other production items to customise the Roundtable Set. This can be useful for branded content, corporate productions, panel discussions, podcasts and promotional videos where you want the environment to reflect your organisation or subject matter.  For larger or unusual items, please contact us before booking. Providing measurements or photographs can help us determine how best to incorporate them into the set.
