THE BRICK STUDIO

We require a minimum booking of two hours for all studios except the Finchley Warehouse spaces, including the Brick Studio and Giant Green Screen. These require a half-day booking. Please get in touch with us directly for exceptionally long bookings.

Yes — Finchley Studios offers full sound, lighting, and video equipment hire as part of our recording packages. Our Gold Package includes Panasonic Lumix cameras with lenses, professional LED lighting kits, Shure and RØDE microphones, and a Blackmagic ATEM switcher. The Platinum Package adds a 16" teleprompter for on-camera reads. Please get in touch with any specific questions or to see full kit lists.

No, WiFi is free in all recording spaces and waiting areas. 

Yes, we have a parking spot available in the mews alongside the venue. Extra parking in this area (including at the Finchley Central Station Car Park) is available but will require payment.

We are at 1 Dollis Mews N3 1HH, right off Regent’s Park Road and just a two minute walk from Finchley Central Underground Station (Northern Line). Overtime is billed at time and a half. If you think you may run over your timeslot, we recommend booking more time in advance. 

Vat will be added to our prices for all services taking place in the Finchley Warehouse.

Yes, we do offer overnight studio hire. Please contact us for pricing and availability. We also provide basic kitchen facilities, including a kettle, coffee machine, filtered water, fridge, and microwave, for your convenience. Please feel free to use these amenities during your booking.

The Finchley Warehouse is at 22–23 Arcadia Avenue, Finchley Central, London N3 2JU. It is a 1,950 sq ft, fully serviced production space with high ceilings and professional rigging capacity. Built for ambitious set builds, live-audience shoots and broadcast-grade productions, it’s soundproofed and integrates directly with Finchley Studios's equipment hire and technician packages — giving clients a true turnkey solution without the logistics of external hire.

Your free iCloud file transfer from Finchley Studios can take up to three days after your recording session to deliver.

Yes — we offer limited discounts on selected after-hours and Sunday recording slots. These sessions are ideal if you’re flexible with timing and want the same broadcast-quality studio, engineers, and support at a reduced rate. Availability varies and discounts are offered on specific calendar slots
