This policy forms part of Finchley Studios’ Terms of Use and applies to all bookings and use of the studio facilities.
This Recording Disclaimer and Production Liability Policy outlines the responsibilities, limitations, and expectations associated with recording sessions and media production carried out at Finchley Studios.

By booking and using Finchley Studios’ facilities, clients acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.
1. Professional Recording Environment
Finchley Studios provides professional recording facilities, equipment, and technical support for podcasts, video production, photography, and other forms of media creation.
We take reasonable care to ensure that recording sessions run smoothly and that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and operated.
However, all recording and production environments involve complex technical systems and human operation. As such, technical interruptions, equipment malfunctions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Any such reshoot will depend on:
• the nature and cause of the issue
• studio availability
• the requirements of the original production
• the circumstances that led to the issue
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finchley Studios’ total liability arising from any studio booking, recording session, or production service shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific studio booking in question.

Where clients bring their own equipment, cameras, microphones, storage media, or other technical devices, Finchley Studios cannot guarantee compatibility with our systems.
Finchley Studios is not responsible for the malfunction, failure, or performance of third-party equipment used during a session.
8. File Delivery and Storage
Recorded files will be delivered in accordance with the timelines outlined in our Terms of Use.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their files once delivered.
Finchley Studios cannot be held responsible for file loss after the retention period stated in our Terms of Use has expired.
